There were lava tubes and what a small world

After lunch we viewed the remaining lava tubes open to the public. Access was much easier than than the ones we saw earlier in the day as there were boardwalks and stairs. No climbing up and down rocks. The height, depth and length of these tubes varied greatly and all were impressive.

Talk about a small world. At lunch I talked to a couple from Maroochydore and discovered that Trevor was friends with my parents when they were younger. In Charters Towers I meet a couple who came from Gympie and they knew several of my uncles.
